We offer a 24-hour replacement guarantee for accounts that are non-functional at the time of delivery. Replacements are provided at our sole discretion and require proof of the issue.
All payments must be made in full before delivery. Accounts are delivered electronically via WhatsApp or Telegram within minutes of payment confirmation.
Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are only provided if we cannot deliver working replacements within 24 hours of a valid replacement request.
